3S Software is Being Given Away!
I am hearing disturbing news of users of my software giving copies to friends and other
clubs. I pride myself in my after sale support of any of my software products and strive
to answer any and all questions or concerns from my users in a timely manner. I have elected
to keep from copy protecting my systems as this just adds another layer of cost that must
be passed on to the customer. I have been getting e-mails as well as phone calls from users
who are not registered users of my products asking for help in the operation of the system
being used. Needless to say I have a problem with helping anyone who has not purchased the
system and have a valid Serial Number and the purchasers name.
Please, Do Not transfer your purchased software to any third party who is not affiliated with the
club or individual who purchased the software. If this continues, the long term effects will be
less effective support from my end. When you call and need help please have the Serial Number of the Product in front of you
and the name of the current contact person. The Serial Number
can be found on the install CD.
This practice is not only unfair to me as a Software Developer but in the long run all users
will suffer the decline in the service support of the system. ALL 3S Software Systems MUST be
purchased through the 3S Website or from the 3S Offices located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
No Exceptions !!
Please Make Sure You Protect Your Software Investment And At The Same Time Make It
Fair To All Users Of The Shooting Sports Software Products.
